Carolyn was fantastic from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable and I trusted her to guide me through this process knowing she wouldnt steer me wrong. She found great comps in my area and got the house listed at the price I wanted, after another realtor we had spoken to told us to list for $30k less, we received a full price offer that same weekend it was listed.
