I happened to meet Caroline through a random listing on facebook marketplace and im so glad I did. Even though that listing on facebook was not ideal, she was nothing short of attentive and efficient for finding a good fit for my family's needs. Highly recommend!

Caroline was the realtor I worked with, and so glad I came across her. I was on a bit of a time crunch and had to find a place on short notice that fit my criteria of a 3BR + 2ba with a fenced in backyard, shaded / covered yard, and flat driveway) and she came through very quickly with some options. We were able to tour 5 places in a day and found a perfect match by the 3rd house. They were able to work with my circumstances (having had travelled full time the last few years) and accommodate our housing needs within a timely manner. The process was pretty seamless and a lot less stressful than other realtor companies I've worked with in the past who were trying to force us to pay a double deposit and fix hVac units ourselves, which is absolutely unacceptable for any landlord to put on a rental tenant. The properties we viewed were all very well taken care of and clean. Caroline was such a great, responsive, quick, and knowledgeable realtor to work with who didn't drag the process out with a bunch of ridiculous hoops to jump through. I will be using the company again in the future for any rental or purchase needs! Thanks Caroline!

As soon as we reached out to her with our needs she immediately sent over listings within our parameters, responded to texts and emails quickly, and helped bridge the communication with the owners. Had the best experience with Caroline! I had never gone through a realtor or even signed a lease for a house before for that matter but she was so professional quick and helpful in finding places that were what I asked for and set up a tour quickly after and she even showed up even in nasty weather so we could see this amazing place and she was so knowledgeable and friendly and so determined in helping my roomie and I find an awesome new home. After the house was found she was super prompt with sending the application, then the background stuff and would always end the day with "let me know if you have any questions!" Ended up getting applied and approved within the space of 2 days it was just unreal. Picking up the keys today and I can't recommend Caroline enough. Thanks for everything Caroline! :D

Caroline Hewitt was absolutely wonderful! The Austin market is getting more and more hectic as the years go on so it's nearly impossible to find a rental without a good realtor. After searching without a realtor and being overwhelmed by how quickly things were taken off the market I reached out to Pauly Presley Realty and Caroline quickly got back to me. She set me up with their website's rental search database which updates very often. She was great about communicating with the landlords and was able to show me any home I was interested in super fast. She got me secured with a new rental very quickly. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. She is a fantastic realtor!
