Caroline made the selling of our home such a great experience. From our first sit down going over what to expect and all the way through the process to the close was so easy and stress free. - Caroline new my neighborhood and surrounding areas and provided us with advice on how to price our home- She provided us with a photographer and videographer, staged our home and the pictures were amazing-She was always available via text or email and we never had to wait long for a response- Caroline worked directly with the buyers realtor and handled all of the negotiating and bargaining that geos with the house. We never had to prompt her to do anything.-The showing of our home was the easiest of all as we were supplied an app to confirm or deny any appointments which took all of the stress of being ways from our home while being shown.-We had over 17 individual showings and 2 open houses - We have bids in for our home within 5 days and accepted a best and final offer 7 days after listing.- We received well over our asking price and could not be happier- We decided to rent while Caroline is now helping us with our new search and purchase of our new home.I would highly recommend using Caroline to sell or search for a new home.
