About Carolina Jordan

I am Carolina Jordan, the owner and team leader of Lowcountry Home Sales Team, an affiliate of Re/Max Inspire. My mantra, to be in touch and stay in touch, is the key to my relationships with my clients. My expertise in communication, negotiation and management of real estate transactions means my clients enjoy an awesome experience, from start to finish! As part of a real estate family, I have been assisting in transactions for most of my adult life. Born in Florencia, Colombia, I received my early education in Colombia. After which I studied English in Cambridge, England, before finishing a degree in the Arts in North Carolina. I'm fluent in both Spanish and English, giving me the ability to assist a larger group of buyers and sellers. I'm known for my insight and attentiveness while employing reinforcement and genuine care for our clients. I'm a big BBQ eater and Beach Lover, which makes the Lowcountry my perfect place to live. I have received the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation and I am a member of the Visionary Women's Exchange Club, Women's Council of Realtors, North Area Top Producers, and the Charleston Global Business Chapter. My amazing husband, Adam, a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, has a passion for creating a pleasurable experience for all our clients. He operates as my assistant and is an essential member of the Lowcountry Home Sales Team. He is a veteran of the Army, where he served honorably overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His time in the service instilled in him a sense of honor, duty and respect and these are the qualities that he strives to convey to all our clients. After his military service he obtained a degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Adam enjoys running, he completed a 31-mile trail run in 2019. Family is important in our lives and our marriage is grounded in our belief in God. We adopted 5-year-old Juan Esteban on January 2019, and he has become the light of our days. Now that we have a school age son, we volunteer and are engaged in the education and school system. Besides being involved with our church, St Theresa The Little Flower, we enjoy participating with local community groups like Meals on Wheels of Summerville, Habitat for Humanity and Operation Home. My promise to you as your guide through the sometimes complicated world of real estate is this: "Because not all families are the same. I had heard great things about Carolina Jordan but shes even BETTER than what I was told! In fact, shes not only professional and knowledgeable but shes super sweet and an absolute JOY to work with. My husband and I moved to Summerville SC from Philadelphia and didnt know anything about the area so we looked to Carolina to guide us to find the perfect home with exactly what we need. She delivered....BIG time! She thought of everything, from detail about the properties she selected us to tour to a notebook during walkthrough of our new home. We cant say enough about Carolina. When my husband and I purchased our first home, our realtor was a joke. He did nothing for us except show up to closing to collect his check. When it came time to sell that home and purchase The home we would plant roots in and stay for a long time, I knew I needed a better realtor! I met Carolina after she helped my parents find and purchase their home and boy did she go above and beyond! I knew she would be the realtor for us when that time came for us to sell/buy...little did I know that time would come 4 months later! She had a contract on our home within 2-3 days (I can?t exactly remember, but it was in no time at all) and helped us every step of the way in purchasing the new home! Highly, highly recommend her! Carolina was awesome helping us sell a home in Summerville, SC. Her advice on where to set the listing price resulted in an offer in just days after listing. Her wise counsel through the negotiation phase kept the deal from falling apart when the buyers made some strange requests.
