I cannot adequately convey just how highly I recommend Steven as an agent. He exceeded all my expectations from the beginning of the process right through to the finish. And when I say "beginning" I do mean that there was a tremendous amount of work that needed to be done before my two properties were even close to being in saleable condition. I had been named the executor of my mother's "estate" which essentially consisted of one lovely home and one "fixer", both full of 50+ years of accumulations. A year after starting the process of emptying the homes I was truly out of any energy for the process when Steven got involved.He was a miracle worker. He organized junk haulers, repairmen, painters, staging company (just to name a few) and kept all of the projects moving. He was incredibly thorough and completely responsive, but never intrusive or overbearing. He presented meticulous research and provided very sound advice. He was professional and never dismissive of my concerns. Even when it became clear that the process was wearing on me and potentially coloring my viewpoint he responded with the utmost professionalism -- conveying empathy, understanding, but ultimately clear and direct advice.At the end of the day he negotiated the sale of both properties perfectly. We did better than expected and yet all parties seem to be thrilled. That takes some talent! It is an understatement to say that Steven went well above and beyond and far exceeded expectations. After working with Steven I would never use another agent!
