Carol was an extremely good realtor. She was very patient while my husband and I were looking at houses (and we looked at A LOT). She never tried to rush us into buying anything. She had great advice for us along the way. She was extremely knowledgable about houses in general. She is kind, patient (sometimes we had to bring our little boys with us and she didn't mind), honest, thoughtful (she brought us flowers for our new house after we bought it), and personable. I don't think we could have chose a better realtor. She was wonderful in every aspect. I can not think of one thing about her to complain about. She definitely knows A LOT about what she does and she helps you along the way in finding the perfect home. This was the first home that my husband and I purchased, so we didn't really know everything involved in purchasing a home. Carol helped us so much throughout the process. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Carol worked with me and my husband over the past year. After initially looking we decided that we were not quite ready to purchase and so we put our search on hold. Carol never pushed us in any way and expressed a genuinely caring attitude. When the time came she was very flexible setting up appointments at times that worked for our busy schedules. She has always been very timely when responding to emails, texts, and phone calls. There was never a moment that I felt she did not have our best interest in mind. She even found a way to make it out to our home inspection during a storm so we would not have to delay closing. We have both purchased homes before and this was a different and more positive experience for us. Today we closed on our home and could not be happier with choosing Carol as our agent.

Carol showed me many homes in the cith of Marlborough. When a new listing was out and it appeared to be one I may be interested in, she would contact me almost immediately . After several months of not finding a suitable house I decided to wait for several years and will then use Carol again.
