ZillowVERIFIEDCarol Tomayko and her team, Charity were always helpfull and professional. When we first met Carol, My wife and I need to move to washington State. Our home was in total disaster mode. Carol hired a cleaning company and even paid half down to secure the service. Our private water well needed a flow test. The well failed the test twice. Carol suggested a second opinion. She recomended a well company she had done business with over the years. The well needed a pressure valve. Carol got the well company and the buyer together and it was smooth sailing to closing. My home was on the market from Aug. 2021-June 2022. Carol went way beyond the call of duty to sell our home.
