My husband and I knew wed hit realtor aEURoegoldaEUR? when we first met Carol Tinnin back in October 2018. Wed just started exploring the Eastern shore and she knew the entire area intimately. On our first foray, she showed us properties that hit home runs, but we were still deciding if the Eastern shore was for us. She never rushed us in our search, and always considered our timeline, which was fairly fluid as we had not decided when to sell our house. When we happened on the open house in April 2019 for the house we now own, she couldnt have been more dedicated to our purchase. Let me start with a few key factors of my experience: I was relocating to Maryland from Nevada for a job; I was completely unfamiliar with anything to do with living in Maryland (neighborhoods, commutes, gas prices, where to shop for groceries); I went to Maryland ahead of my husband and family to find us a place to live while I started work, so I was by myself with no family or friends to support and help me.Carol was recommended to me by a co-worker at my new job, and my husband and I had intended to just find a rental to stay in for a couple of years to save up for a down payment on a house.
