ZillowVERIFIED Carol did an extraordinary job as the real estate agent who sold our property. It was an unusual place, lots of land with an 1890's farmhouse, so there were no true comps. Somehow, she found the right price, and also realized we would do better by selling a lot separately. Carol had nerves of steel in maintaining the price, and only advised lowering it after substantial time had gone by. She always responded to us quickly, and also advised us well in which finely-tuned improvements should be made. In sum, Carol is honest, kind, responsive, highly knowledgeable and intelligent. My offer was lower than several other offers, and this is where Sarah worked her magic. She passionately negotiated on my behalf with sellers agent and sellers, about how much I loved the property and would maintain and upgrade the property like they did for many years. The seller accepted the offer and the beautiful property has exceeded my expectations massively!! He was so on the ball, I never felt like I was waiting for him to "wrap something up" or "get back to me". We had to research the "crumbling foundations" with this home, Mike provided so much useful information and amazing contacts that we were able to make an informed decision on whether we wanted to proceed with the purchase of the home. It was a complicated sale because the property had easements on it that Carol needed to make sure buyers understood, and it was a working business, so she had to heavily screen potential buyers.
