ZillowVERIFIEDFirst of all, I must warn you. DO NOT hire Carol Royse to sell your home! We listed our home with her and she has done absolutely NOTHING in acquiring a buyer. Her marketing plan consisted of listing our home with every search engine possible. THAT's IT! We have had 4 showings without any feedback. When questioned about why we haven't had a better response, she gave excuses. The market fluctuates, the interest rate recently went up. To placate us, she sent us analytics to the traffic that our listing has made. 1974 views. 89 saves. No offers. When asked did she follow up with any of the viewers/saves---uh...no. Again, excuses. When we asked to terminate our contract, she refused. She was unwilling to allow us to find someone else that would bring results. Any realtor that will not allow you to leave is not a realtor that should be in business. Beware. If you make the mistake of going with her, you will effectively have put the ability to sell your home in jeopardy.
