ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband had been researching different websites in looking for houses. He was also interested in knowing what our house might be worth. While being on Zillow/Trulia, he accessed the website with questions which is how Carol found us or how we found Carol. He invited her to the house because he wanted to know her thoughts on listing our house. The real question was should we make changes by upgrading our bathrooms and kitchen and would it be to our advantage. She suggested that we do it. She continued to keep in contact with my husband asking where we were in regards to being ready to sell. Hence a month or so later she was invited to the house to see our upgrades and see if we needed to do anymore to the house. She felt the house was ready. The best thing was that she felt confident enough to list it at a price that we were hoping to get for our house. We decided to go for it. She was clear as to what we should do to stage our house. Within three days of staging our house, taking pictures, listing it and having people see our house, it was sold in three days. We would highly recommend her to be your realtor to sell your house. She made the process very easy and smooth.
