We contacted Carol and had explained our situation. We were on a very short time schedule, absolutely no money to be able to put down for earnest money, home inspectors, etc. Even tho we were on a tight and short time schedule, we were still picky for homes. We wanted one specific town and told her exactly what we need in a home. She spent all night searching and called us early the next morning to confirm availability on home viewing appointments. As we were viewing homes, she had in mind that we couldn't afford a home inspector so she took it upon herself and inspected our home. Wearing heels and all, she got down under our home and in tight spaces just to make sure there was nothing wrong. She was very honest with EVERYTHING and left the decision up to us after telling us the downfalls. She saved us so much money. I contacted her to list my house for sale. We then set up an appointment on the next day. In early morning, she called and told me that her husband was involved in a car accident and wanted to reschedule the appointment to 3 days later. But, on the appointment time, she never shows up nor answering phone calls/messages. Very unprofessional.
