Love of profession. That is the best way I can describe Carol and the service she provided. There are those who are technically proficient in the service they provide, that are efficient, expedient, extremely knowledgeable, and provide a great business-client experience. Carol was all of that and more. She added a passion element to the business side. I felt she was emotionally invested in delivering exactly what I was looking for. I am a guy. What do I care about emotions. She still made that impact. I am a person who does a ton of research. I have searched for several years for property in NH and decided the timing was right to execute. I found Carol because she had current listings in a town of a property I was interested in. After researching her, her company, and reading reviews I felt she was a good candidate. We exchanged a few texts and had a great phone conversation. I knew she was the one. She was asking the right questions of me. She was interviewing me as much as I was interviewing her. I am very detailed and specific in my requests. She was able to answer my questions and provide context and differing optics to her answers. This all happened while I am halfway across the country. She was my eyes and boots on the ground. She even dragged her husband out with her to walk several properties, provide pictures and video with commentary. Some of the pictures had the Geo-Tagging turned on so I could enter in a lat/long coordinate into a website to see exactly where they were standing using google maps/earth. I think she took her husband with her because she can outrun him faster that outrunning a bear ??. I finally found a piece of property that was listed on a Friday. I immediately reached out to Carol to ask her to walk it to see if it met my needs. She did this without hesitation, on the weekend. I also wanted to mention that our conversations and her property walking did not conform to business hours. She was always available to me, day or night, weekdays or weekends, to include a 2-hour time zone difference. She moved quickly and we were able to submit/accept an offer within a couple days. Truly phenomenal. Her knowledge of the local area, and network of friends, associates, and business contacts made the whole process simple and stress free as possible. I trusted her with providing contacts for financing local property. Lot/Land loans are a different breed than a mortgage for a home. I flew out to meet with her and Tom (Husband) and she called in some favors and had two gentlemen meet me at the property to talk dirt. That is just one instance of where her aEURoeLove of ProfessionaEUR? shined. It was invaluable to have that local knowledge of the land explained to an outsider. It was great meeting Carol and Tom. We closed early, and Carol was my relentless advocate and partner in dealing with the bank, insurance, lawyers, closing company. She attended the closing in my stead. She was there every step of the way. I guess the greatest compliment I can give a person is, I trust her, and she is good people. A month after closing, she still reaches out to say hi and offers local eyes, ears and knowledge on my next steps moving forward.

Carol was so wonderful to us while working on selling our home.. She is very engaged and very communicative. She kept us informed all the time and gave us very good advice. She definitely knows the area and diligently looked for any information she didn't know or was hard to find about our property. We highly recommend her. She took photos of the rooms and our beach area and had them virtually staged for the listing... many interested buyers commented to her on how much they liked that as it gave them ideas on wha they could do to the place if they bought it. . She wrote up a wonderful and enticing description of our home and property. She was able to get a house cleaner and a plumber to come very quickly to meet our needs.
