Would not hesitate to recommend Carol to anyone looking for an agent. My property was a 16 year old house I bought new. House was right at the age when things start to break, or need replacement. And sure enough I eventually replaced both the roof and air conditioner during the sale process. Carol offered support and advice as the insurance company played delaying games with a roof claim, a situation that injected significant complications into the process. She was also very helpful with the smaller things like staging and finding painters and movers. Together we made it through a challenging process and the house sold the first weekend on Zillow.
