We enjoyed working with Carol Klein. We were purchasing a home in the Buffalo, NY area while living in Florida. Carol was very helpful using Zoom to show us the home. She also arranged for the inspection and was with the inspector at time of the inspection. We were able to talk to the inspector via Zoom when he completed his inspection. Overall, this purchase went well despite our not being able to actually see the property. Carol was helpful throughout the process maintaining contact with the sellers agent.
