I met Carol DiGraci 9 years ago while searching for a house in the Clark area. When we decided to move to a different town, she was not at all bothered by that, never once pressured us to reconsider. I remembered how professional she was when it came time to sell my mothers house in Clark this year. As first-time sellers, we needed a lot of guidance, and Carol was with us every step of the way. When we initially met with her, we still had much cleaning out to do, which took months. She was patient with us and didnt push us to sell before we were ready. When we finally were, Carol helped prepare the house by recommending a reasonable flooring company to sand and stain the wood floors, she power-washed an area of the siding, and she brought in props for staging. Carol quickly found buyers after holding an open house, and when that deal fell through, she managed a second open house on a holiday weekend, and we soon had new buyers. Once the house was under contract, Carol bought and installed all the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors needed for the Certificate of Occupancy, she sent her family over to the house twice to move heavy furniture to the curb for bulky pickup, she wrote checks and unlocked the door on short notice for installation of a fireproof door required for the CO. She provided clear communication with the buyers, answered all of our many questions, and kept an upbeat attitude throughout the entire process.
