In one weeks time Carol negotiated the purchase of our Condo at the Charter in Beaver Creek Colorado. This entire transaction involved showing us a number of properties, helping us to select a property. She arranged for an attorney to set up an LLC, obtain a title insurance provider, and set up a closing date on the transaction which took place in a week.
