I mean just that, shes guided my mom and other relatives through the home buying process over the last 10 years. Her team of professionals are well connected and supportive of what youre trying to accomplish! I'm a 14 year Navy veteran and opted to utilize my VA loan and she put me in front of the best VA lender possible. Still shocked and grateful for what they were able to educate me on and accomplish on my behalf. There were things that I didnt know to ask for and what I could qualify for, she negotiated everything from price, items to be left behind, special credits and had me sitting at the closing with less than 700 dollars out of pocket. Ive had some smooth processes with home buying before, but the way her and her team got after it, it doesnt even feel like I started or finished it. They literally did EVERYTHING lol. Cant wait to close on the next property! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
