Carmen was so helpful in our home buying process from start to finish. She took out personal preferences into consideration with every home we looked at, and gave us her professional opinions of certain things we were unsure about when we needed an extra nudge in the right direction. When we finally found the perfect home for us, Carmen gave us an example of an offer letter from a previous client that had made the difference in their home buying process and won them the home over several other offers. I used this offer letter as an example when writing ours to the homeowner, and it truly made all the difference. The homeowner had received several other HIGHER offers, but wrote us telling us if we could match one of the other offers, theyd rather sell the home to us because our letter touched them. Carmen and her team made first time home buying an insanely simple process. Id watched coworkers buy their first homes and watch them spend weeks running around all over town and faxing documents and calling. I kept waiting for that part to come but it never did. Carmen started by sending us listing of houses available as they became available. She managed to show us our house the day it went on the market and was able to get our offer in the next day. With her negotiating we managed to beat a better offer. She saved us thousands and got us the house we wanted.
