I reached out to Steve and Carmen when I first started thinking about buying my first home. I had no idea what I was getting myself into especially in today's market. They helped me every step of the way from getting my pre approval to closing. I cold called the Lance's from Oregon. From start to finish I could not have been in better hand!!
