I would love to assist you in either finding the right home or selling your current property.I entered the world of real estate with a background in advertising, higher education, sales and commercial property management, as well as selling antiques and vintage items. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with emphasis areas in Marketing and Management) from Columbia College in Missouri.My husband and I live in Noblesville with our son, a Russian Blue cat and a bearded dragon. Originally from Michigan, I have also lived in St. Louis (Missouri) and southern Indiana. I love to travel, enjoy hiking and getting out in nature, and have a strong interest in geology.I look forward to meeting you!

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
As your agent, I will be your guide throughout the home buying process. The first step is to speak to a lender and get pre-approved for a home loan. Have your "wish list" ready, but be flexible. Take a deep breath, and let's find your next home!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
If time allows, consult with an agent a few months before you plan to sell. When preparing your home for sale, think "lean and clean." Eliminate clutter, clean off countertops, spruce up the outside and get ready to show off your house. Your agent will guide you through the process and help you get the highest possible price for your home.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Everyone from first time home buyers to first time sellers, clients relocating in and out of the area, downsizing couples, upsizing families, estate home sales, vacant "fixer" properties, condos and more.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped a family sell a home they inherited from a deceased relative. The sellers were an older couple who weren't able to sign anything electronically, so we frequently met in person to sign any necessary documents. The house had some deferred maintenance issues, but we worked through each challenge and successfully got the property sold in the spring. I also had the pleasure of working with some first time buyers - it's so rewarding to see them close on their first home!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After spending several years in commercial property management for an office building, I knew it was time to make the transition into residential real estate. I love helping both buyers and sellers navigate one of life's greatest changes - their next move.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have lived in 3 different states, and have experienced a corporate relocation move, so I know what it's like to move to a completely new area. I'm happy to help refer my clients to services, activities, etc. to assist them in getting acclimated to their new surroundings.
