In my first meeting with Carmen to begin selling process on my home, she was very professional and had begun the paperwork process right away. She was very diligent and felt she provided a great price and the entire process went smooth. The house was put on the market June 3rd, and by June 5th, we already had bids and made my selection.! Where do I start??? Carmen, Matt, and their team are the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly real estate experts my husband and I have ever worked with! Even with COVID-19 we had multiple offers within one week. They are so good at negotiating and we sold our home for more than listed price. Oh and I cannot leave out the photographer! He is amazing! I will do my best to put into words my experience with Mrs. Bean. I was fortunate to meet her though a referral. Unfortunately my brother passed away and my family and I needed to sell his home. I had to do this all virtually as I live in CA and the Covid-19 pandemic hit. I wasnt sure if it could be done and Mrs. Bean made it happen. The entire process and experience was seamless and smooth. Selling a home is stressful enough and being hit with a siblings death and this pandemic added to an already difficult time; however working with Mrs. Bean, I was immediately put at ease!
