Very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know to buy my first home. Very patient with me and even gave me insight to pros and cons of the various homes that I had not myself considered. Gave me good advice when it came time to making my initial offer and worked to ensure I stayed within budget. He even recommended me an excellent mortgage lender and helped make the process seamless. Responses were timely even on weekends and while I was out of the country. He helped ensure I could close on the home within the deadline we spoke about. I could honestly sing his praises all day!

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Start the process early so that you can prepare yourself to make the right decision when the time to make an offer comes. Listen to your agents advice and if you have a professional, they will advise you when not to make an offer if its not right for you.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Prepare the home for showings and price correctly from the start. This will put your home in the best possible position to sell for the best price and walk away with the equity you have earned.

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

Being a Realtor since the early 90's we have worked with first time homebuyers, growing families, downsizing empty nest parents, relocation both corporate and personal, active adult homebuyers and second and vacation homebuyers.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

We had assisted a client in purchasing a new home 2 years ago as they relocated from out of state and they called us back and said they loved their home however it was too small and needed to be closer to their family. The day we were scheduled to meet a new home just came on the market that morning and they did not even know about it and we went to see it and their were multiple offers in 1 day. With their strong financial position and our expert negotiating, they are now moved in and loving their new home.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

We had recently moved from New York City and just wanted something to do where I would have the freedom to drop off and pick up our children from school without being obligated to a time clock. Being bilingual and at the start of the major growth of Orlando as a city in general the rest just snowballed into what we have today.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

We continually to update our education and training to stay current on the new laws and the technology end of our industry. Although it is always basic real estate 101 that allows us to bring such value to our clients. We listen to what they tell us and our past and current success enables us to put their needs and wants ahead of our own.
