Carly did a wonderful job with our contract negotiations and executing an extremely quick closing! We looked at many properties in several areas and she was always available on a short notice. Very easy to work with.We had been looking for a home all year since we had sold 2 homes and there was nothing that meet our expectations unless we built but than we could not find the proper lot th at would fit our timeline. We looked on Zillow for homes Ned and this one popped up! We asked Carly to show it to us and she immediately helped us to negotiate our contract and help us to be in our home. Without Zillows help we would not have found this home!
