Anytime I sent a house I was interested in, she was available to show it to me. When we found the home I purchased, she made sure to put the offer in quick. I was in contract before the day was over. Even after hours, when I had questions about insurance or home warranty, she would reply. I would say the best part of having Carly as my realtor, she shared with me all the information I didn't know, I needed to know. Even after I purchased the home, Carly went through the next steps. Where to go to turn the power & water on, what inspections I should keep up with, where to file my homestead exemption, (I didn't even know that was a thing), information that would be coming in the mail that would be a scam.
