Realtors like Carly should possess all of the skills that I was privy to witness first hand. Be ready to get the job done. Carly doesnt make the difficult parts unmanageable as we as sellers (in my case) have enough on our hands! Carly was my buying agent in 2018 and sellers agent in 2024.
