Sarah is very patient, kind, and helpful.This was our first house purchase and sale. Sarah was able to help us with both activities. For first-time homeowners, she provided a lot of contractor info for lots of house works. As a non-native speaker, I was not sure about some definitions on the paperwork, but she was able to jump on the call and walk me through all the paper works I have in question.
