As a couple who has only been in Idaho Falls for 2 years, we feel we were very blessed to have been referred to Carlos and his wife Kim. They area team. And a great one at that. We never felt like the two of them ever had anything but our best interest in mind. It always felt like they understood their paycheck was, "earned" once we found what we were looking for. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point in the process. They were both incredibly patient as well. The market here in Idaho is quite different from where we grew up, and they allowed us the time as well to kind of, "re-learn" how the market behaves and operates here in IF. I feel like they have been in the game long enough to know that if you are patient with your clients, that the right thing will eventually come along. And then everybody walks away happy. They were very knowledgeable about the local market and were an amazing resource for other things..like finding an inspector, lender etc etc. I could go on and on...but this is the bottom line. Carlos and Kim are GREAT PEOPLE. Ethical. Kind. Caring. Sincere. And all in all just fun to be around. We bought a house and feel like we made some friends as well. And to me, business relationships like that are pretty rare these days. We couldn't have asked for better people to help us navigate buying a home here. We can't recommend them enough.

Isai was not pushy at first which was nice and we really liked him. All the good feelings faded as we neared closing. It became very obvious he just wanted his paycheck, instead of what was best for us. There were some repairs that needed completed per the inspection which hadnt been finished on our final walkthrough. He advised us to just sign anyway which led to us demanding the closing be delayed until repairs had been completed. It is still confusing to me why there was contention over ensuring our (first!!!) future home was in proper condition. Of course, after the closing he would just tell us to refer to the contract when we had additional questions and he wasnt helpful. It was an awful experience as a first time homebuyer, and its upsetting that our aEURoebuyeraEUR? agent had what appeared to be *no* interest in getting us the best deal. He wont be pushy, which came back to bite us when we needed some push back to get the seller to complete their end of the contract. Or he will be pushy to get you to sign/proceed no matter what and make sure his paycheck is on the way.

Isai did a great job helping my inlaws to get into a home. He answered all of our questions and he is also great at following up and pushing us to get stuff done! Sometimes we would forget to turn in documents because life gets so busy, but he was there to remind us of what needed to be done. He was really nice and responsive throughout the whole process. Carlos did an outstanding job, he didnt reserve any efforts to help and exchange information to educate an inexperienced buyer such as myself. Although my purchase was not as smooth since it was directly from a builder which usually doesnt have a much room but he tried his best to help. Both him and his wife was great to me and my wife. Id strongly recommend him.
