As a couple who has only been in Idaho Falls for 2 years, we feel we were very blessed to have been referred to Carlos and his wife Kim. They area team. And a great one at that. We never felt like the two of them ever had anything but our best interest in mind. It always felt like they understood their paycheck was, "earned" once we found what we were looking for. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point in the process. They were both incredibly patient as well. The market here in Idaho is quite different from where we grew up, and they allowed us the time as well to kind of, "re-learn" how the market behaves and operates here in IF. I feel like they have been in the game long enough to know that if you are patient with your clients, that the right thing will eventually come along. And then everybody walks away happy. They were very knowledgeable about the local market and were an amazing resource for other things..like finding an inspector, lender etc etc. I could go on and on...but this is the bottom line. Carlos and Kim are GREAT PEOPLE. Ethical. Kind. Caring. Sincere. And all in all just fun to be around. We bought a house and feel like we made some friends as well. And to me, business relationships like that are pretty rare these days. We couldn't have asked for better people to help us navigate buying a home here. We can't recommend them enough.
