This is our first home and during not so great time for the buy either . Carlos was there for us every step of the way to help buy our Single Family Home at Pleasanton and never hesitated to respond to any of our questions in the most professional manner . He walked the extra mile for us explaining very little detail and being honest at the same time of the practical possibilities. He at no time rushed the process , always giving us options of whats possible and whats not , which helped us prioritize things around . At the end of it , the time has to be right as well , at the right time , with the right person like Carlos , we now have our new sweet home.
