Carlos is a perfect blend of calm, knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional and respectful. Buying in Tucson was quite different to my many experiences in NY City and NY State but Carlos was always calm and understanding when I vented my frustrations in explaining how things are done in AZ. As a result we completed the whole process from visiting the home we ultimately purchased (including mortgage application: and approval) to closing in just five weeks. He has continued to stay involved introducing me to various movers, contractors etc. I would concur with pretty much everything else said by others in previous reviews.
