We are particular and not easy to please. We saw many , many homes over a long period of time. Because Carlos is very service oriented, he was patient and courteous. He also is very experienced in this market so he assisted us in narrowing down all of the choices. If anyone needs a realtor in South Orange County, Carlos should be your first call.

I was impressed because most of the other people that called me didn't bother to spend much time talking to me, maybe thinking that I wasn't a serious person in the market. Carlos took more of an approach of assuming that I was already a serious buyer- which is something I admired right off the bat. He also did not come off being very pushy or anything- he was more focused on delivering me information and value on what I was curious about. Most of the other agents that were reaching out to me seemed to be very focused on themselves and ways they can sell me. Also, Carlos drove us around for 3 days going door to door looking at properties. I think it was one of the last listings on day 3 that I decided to pull the trigger on.
