For anyone looking to purchase a home, we couldnt recommend Cindy Horta Rodriguez more! We had already met a few agents, but knew immediately wed want to work with Cindy when we met her. And we are so glad we did. Cindy helped us purchase our first home, which was better than we could have hoped for. Here are a few things we loved about working with Cindy: Her persistence / being our biggest advocate: we were looking for a specific size property in a handful of neighborhoods, in a specific price range. At times it seemed it would be impossible to find even one place w that would check all those boxes, but Cindy was persistent, looked for listings for us everyday, and found us several great options. When we really loved a listing, she would even ensure we could see the place before the open house, giving us a better shot. Cindy never hesitated to go the extra mile, and she was a fierce advocate for us from the beginning to the end. Creativity: we love how creative Cindy is! From the first home she took us to, Cindy was helping us think about affordable ways we could make the space our own. For the condo we ended up buying, she even introduced us to the person who would eventually be our contractor. Overall, a wonderful person: for a few months, we interacted with Cindy just as much as own family! She was always pleasant, kind, and just a great person to be around.
