About Carlo Lombardelli

As a resident of the Coachella Valley since 1978, Carlo has witnessed the economic and developmental growth of the greater Palm Springs area first hand. Carlo spent many summers during his high school years working both in and out of the desert interning with large mortgage banking/loan servicing companies along with land development corporations to gain experience with the many facets of the industry at large. After graduating college and receiving his BA Economics in 1990, Carlo worked as a right of way agent with an investment group that acquired real estate throughout southern California, specializing in property location, acquisition, coordination of renovation efforts and marketing/sales. In 1995, Carlo joined RE/MAX in Palm Desert to focus on marketing and sales of residential real estate throughout the Coachella Valley to grow his personal business. Carlo has been able to provide expert real estate counsel and service to all of his clientele as a result of experiencing the many real estate cycles over the past 20 years. A consistent Top Producer with RE/MAX with over 300 transactions closed since 2005, Carlo has earned multiple sales and listing awards and designations including RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement and RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Carlo's passion is working with people and providing practical real estate solutions as market conditions evolve. Referral business has always been the backbone of his success representing hundreds of buyers and sellers throughout the USA, Canada, and Europe.
