Could not have had a better experience. Carlo goes above and beyond for his clients to get them the best deal for the house they want. He provided us with daily reports on available houses based on our needs and wants and within our price range. He would message us when he saw a property he thought we would like and usually we already were thinking about the same property, so he clearly understands his clients. He was easy to get in touch with, helped us target a price that made sense, and was honest when he felt we should walk away. After seeing around 8 houses we had an accepted offer in a price range that we wanted.
