When I first moved to Florida and was looking at homes on Zillow one of the first ones I saw that I wanted a showing I was put together with Wendy. I had worked with a couple other realtors prior. Wendy and I talked and I told her what type property I was looking for. She is the ONLY agent of the 4 I spoke with that actually followed through and sent me listings pertinent to what I told her I wanted! It was great working with her. Often times I was crabby and impatient but she was always kind and respectful.

So, when I decided to sell my house I intended to interview at least 3 agents however, when I met Lynn I immediately knew she was the one. Lynn is incredibly friendly, positive, and unpretentious but, she is also extremely informative, aware of her market trends, and knows how to price a property. And she made sure that I understood those trends and the logic behind the selling price we chose. My house was a bit of a mess - a work in progress - but she did not require that I spend thousands staging or updating. Instead, she knew how to highlight the location and other attributes of my property. She brought in professional photographers who knew how to bring out the specific charm and character of my little home and when I asked her what she expected of me to be ready for showings she said "absolutely nothing inside, but maybe a little color (flowers) in the yard and a little fresh mulch in the hedges". Other than that, all she wanted from me was that I could be able to show with a 30 minute notice (not required but helpful), have it neat, clean, uncluttered, curtains open, and all the lights on. She didn't even ask me to remove my personal dA(C)cor. And after she showed my house, she turned all the lights off on her way out the door...by the way, she only needed to show it three times and sold it in seven days...I LOVE LYNN HARRIS! Lynn stayed in constant contact with me so I was never uncertain about the status of my sale. When she showed the house she communicated via text on every movement, e.g. when they were arriving, when they were leaving, and immediately let me know what the potential buyers were thinking. Once we were under contract she updated me on every stage of the process and never left me hanging.Bottom line: You won't go wrong if you go with Lynn Harris!
