ZillowVERIFIEDCarla recently sold a home for me that required a considerable amount of extra effort. I was representing a relative that owned the home. For medical circumstances she had not resided in the home for a couple years. I live a three day drive away and had never been to the area. For medical reasons the relative could not provide any input or knowledge of the residence and property. After listing the property, I was not able to remove all the personal items or monitor the property after showings. Carla took on the responsibility of checking the property over the course of listing when I was not there. When the property was under contract and I was not able to return, Carla organized and shipped a number of items so that the closing could take place. Clearly,an effort over and above. Very professional and a great work ethic. Another big contribution is her local knowledge. A number of agents came from outside the area with no ability to give constructive or experiential input so important in representing the beauty of the area.
