About Carla Rogers

Carla Holt Rogers enjoys the ranch life. Together with her husband, R.B. Rogers, she also enjoys raising Angus cattle on the vast acreage surrounding their home located just outside of Wichita Falls. Growing up in the Wichita and Clay county areas, Carla is very familiar with both the city and the surrounding suburban properties. She diligently works to be a partner in the local community and has maintained a strong passion for the non-profit and service oriented group known as Leadership Wichita Falls. She enjoys being actively involved in organizations that seek to better the city and its people. In 2005 Carla decided to pursue a real estate career. She felt real estate would be a good fit after many years of various remodeling and rehab projects, caring for personal home and commercial investment properties, and even contracting home construction from the ground up. Carla is a full time real estate agent at Hirschi Realtors and earned the company's 2006 Rising Star Award. She is also a consistent multi-million dollar annual producer and was recognized as one of Hirschi Realtors' Growth Leaders in 2008, 2012, 2014 and 2016. Carla has earned the professional E-Pro certification awarded by the National Association of Realtors, adding proficiencies in technology, online marketing and social media to her growing skills. She provided valuable insight on suggestions for Mortgage provider where it was clear to her I was getting a raw deal from the provider I had lined up myself. Specifically, when I was told the going rate for a VA Home loan with no money down was 3.5% she recommended two other mortgage providers, from the first one I tried I was able to get locked in at 2.375%. She provided multiple recommendations as well with regards to home warranty companies and inspection companies. In general she was repeatedly looking out for us, to make sure we were not missing an opportunity or perhaps missing something that might hurt us later. With all the help she provided we are that much more confident we made the right choice in the house.

Carla was truly incredible to work with. She facilitated all of our questions and concerns quickly and efficiently.
