We just don't know where the begin with the amount of praise we have for the Carla Nix Team. Sheila Meeks who has been our Realtor for years, a wonderful, caring professional in her own right, had recently joined the fabulous Carla Nix team, and suggested we give them a try. Our home went on the open market, and within hours (and I mean hours!!) we had numerous offers, it was truly incredible. It was hard to decide which offer to accept, and with the true professional guidance from Carla, we were able to decide which would be the best for our situation. We closed in 18 days from start to finish! How incredible is that! We live in England, but this has not been an issue in any way, all paperwork processed in the most efficient manner, by all involved.We had to sell due to health reasons and the possibility of not being able to do a long haul flight for the next couple of years with the pandemic.
