Each year we would rent a home for our entire family (of 16) plus my wife's extended family and parent. This was becoming extremely expensive for 1 week.We began a search at NC beached and quickly were referred to Carla for Emerald Isle (after starting the search in Oak Island). Carla jumped in immediately, offered us several potential options, based on our search criteria. Within a few weeks we were making the trek to the beach to walk a few homes. Carla was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the area, the housing market, and all related associated services (pool, cleaning, yard, contractors, etc.) This became extremely helpful when we entered into a contract on a home that needed additional renovations to be completed. Carla linked us with pool maintenance team, yard maintenance vendor, and cleaning vendors. She was very helpful with the original offer, and the negotiations as we worked thru the complicated purchase. Thru every step, she was prompt, professional open/ honest, and friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone searching for a home in Emerald Isle, NC
