Carl initially was very attentive but did not initially post accurate city on listing sites and information provided was not 100% accurate. Was difficult to get in touch with. He did not return calls or texts. Highly recommend proofreading contracts. Luckily the house sold itself.at full asking price.

We opted out of a inspection due to having a contractor friend walk the property and I was not able to make it to the final walkthrough but Carl checked everything thoroughly with my wife and didn't leave until they figured out a water issue the day before closing so we could still close.
