I would recommend carl to anyone looking to buy or sell a house, my wife and I bought a house and had some hiccups on the road to closing, but Carl saw it through til the end and kept everything on track. Even after we closed had a slight issue with the house and was on vacation and contacted previous owner about a issue we didnt get to check for on final walk before closing.
