Carl was amazing. We have never sold a home before so we were anxious about the process. He told us exactly what we should do to get the most for our home and we did it. What we sold our home for exceeded all expectations! He was extremely reachable and responded quickly to any questions we had. He guided us through our offers. We put our home on the market and within three weeks we were at closing. I hear horror stories about selling and we experienced none of that! This is the second home we have bought with Carl and the first that we have sold. He is the only realtor I will use and I recommend him to anyone in the Cincinnati area. He is down to earth and helps you look at the home for its pros and cons. He will not try to force you to look at things outside your price range and will always advocate to get you the best deal possible. I cant say enough good things about him and if I buy or sell in the future he will continue to be the only realtor I will use.
