By which I mean that he helped me sell my house and stay relatively relaxed through the process of finding people who were looking for someplace a bit different but with lots of character. The buyers turned out to have an agent who did not do paperwork very well, and Carl patiently did about half her job so that the process went smoothly and the timing of the closing was perfect for my plans.
