I want to start by saying, this review doesnt even do justice for what an absolute pleasure it was working with Carl! From the first time meeting Carl Demander, he has gone above and beyond for us. He was the listing agent of a home we were driving by and wanted to see. We called him thinking we can arrange a time to have him come show us the home, except he dropped what he was doing to meet us right there and then!
