Superior Quality of Work! Carissa gave us superior quality of work. Her expertise and professionalism were what we consider exceptional. We were a challenge for any real estate agent because we planned to sell our house in New York and move to California. Carissa never batted an eye giving us advice, helping us coordinate it all and basically helping us get through. Timing was a major issue with a move like this. Carissa stayed current on all that was happening with the sale of our house keeping us apprised at every turn. The BEST Realtor! Stepping into the home buying process was stressful from the get go. We initially had another realtor to start who was nowhere near as helpful as Carissa and we are so happy that we were connected to her. Everyone made it seem like using a VA Loan would make our process 100x worse but Carissa came in and reassured us that with her own experience that we had nothing to worry about & she was 1,000% right!
