Javier did a fantastic job helping my wife and I find a new home. He did great in helping us not get distracted by shiny things and kept us focused on the qualities we wanted in a dream home. He was upfront and honest about the hard decisions we would have to make all throughout the process, from selecting a home to the inspection phase. That was something we truly appreciated since it helped us to really focus "dream" scenarios into "dream" scenarios that were also realistic for us.
