Cari and Britt are a mother-daughter team that have a combined 35 years of experience in selling homes in the South Bay. About Cari: Cari moved from Maui to the South Bay in 1980 and started her Real Estate Career in 1983. She took her first Real Estate class at El Camino College and during her summer break she decided to finish the course to get her real estate license. By the end of the summer she had started her Real Estate career working at Century 21 Torrance Realty - Inadvertently she found the career of her dreams! Within the first year at C21 Torrance, Cari was fortunate to be named Top Producer. In 1987 she transferred her license to RE/MAX Torrance Realty. And in 1998 the firm merged with RE/MAX Palos Verdes and South Bay - Again, Cari was named a Top Producer. When Britt decided to join Cari, she was more than delighted. Britt was not only able to bring the latest tech-savvy elements to their business, but her drive and enthusiasm was a re-invigorating boost in Cari's career! They have never been more excited to help their friends, family and clients in all their real estate needs. About Britt: Britt graduated from Arizona State University in 2005 with a degree in Business Marketing from the W.P. Carey School of Business. As a South Bay native, Britt grew up in the Hickory Park area of Torrance and was fortunate to be part of the Award Winning Torrance School system from Kindergarten at Hickory Elementary, Calle Mayor Middle and graduating from Torrance High School. After graduating from ASU, Britt returned to the South Bay and worked for the LA Kings Hockey Team and AEG. In 2007 she moved to Maui to work for a mortgage company, Maui Financial - learning the finance side of the business. Britt was then offered a great career opportunity to return to the South Bay to manage and sell Bank Owned properties for one of Los Angeles' top REO brokers. From 2008-2011 she managed and sold over 900 properties in her position at the REO brokerage. Ready to get more involved in working with buyers and sellers, Britt made the switch in 2011 to RE/MAX Estate Properties to work with her mother, who she says, "Has been the greatest teacher I could ever ask for". Both Britt's mother and father have been top South Bay agents her entire life and she knew from a young age that she too loved this industry.
