Ive seen Careys picture around town for years. One day We attended an open house that Carey hosted on my street and met the man in person and felt he was great at his job. I held on to his card not knowing that one day I would need him. When we called him to help with the sale of our house and finding a new place to move, Carey stepped up to the challenge. He was great at explaining how the process worked and his wheeling and dealing made the magic happen. He also has a team of people who helped in cleaning up the home and preparing for sale, as well as a broker to help with financing. They even put a team together to help with packing and moving. This was no small task and we searched high and low for "my ideal" house. I say my ideal house because I needed a detached garage that I could work out of, large yard, separate living area for my mom and a nice home.After months of searching we finally found what I was beginning to think was impossible to find a perfect house on Los Alimos in Granada Hills.
