Hi, I'm Cara Swink. I have lived in the Greater Nashville area since 2008 and have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the exponential growth this area has had over the past several years. Middle Tennessee continues to be one of the most desirable areas in the country to live. After a solid career in the mortgage industry the past decade, I decided it was time to take my career on a different path. My background and experience within the mortgage industry, attention to detail and willingness to work hard for my clients will offer each buyer, seller and investor a top-notch experience. I am thrilled to assist buyers, sellers and investors with properties in the Greater Nashville area and surrounding communities. When not working my busy real estate business, you will catch me watching a Chicago Cubs or Nashville Sounds baseball game, traveling with my husband, tossing a ball for my pup, Batman, or getting out and about meeting new people and touring my own town.
