Cara is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and her years of experience really show. She made great recommendations about where to search, pricing, etc. down to specific neighborhoods and even streets. She was incredibly responsive and made herself available for calls, touring houses, etc. very quickly. When she took us to homes, she had so much knowledge about home maintenance, construction, values, etc. She had incredible attention to detail and was quick to point things out-- good and bad, so that we could really make an informed assessment. She really took the time to understand what we wanted, and she was incredibly honest in her assessment and we really felt like we could trust her. She had a great sense of the market and was able to provide great advice on how to put together a competitive offer, but she was also not at all pushy. Her priority was to get us a home we loved, not just to make a quick sale. With that said, once we found a home we loved, she sprung into action, negotiated and got the deal done. The rest of her team were also incredibly responsive and professional. I cannot recommend her more highly. Working with Cara was the best real estate decision we ever made!

We looked at several homes with Cara over about a one month time span, with her even able to make us appointments with agents that allowed us to look at properties that were not yet listed on the market. She helped us form two competitive offers on homes with multiple bids, and we ended up purchasing the second home we made an offer on. Covid conscious and industry savvy, would recommend to anyone!
