Caprice Briski-Butzler has guided members of my family through four real estate transactions (two in which we were buying, and two in which we were selling). She gives good advice about preparing the property for sale: what to do to make the house look attractive to prospective buyers, and equally important, what not to bother with. When the house is ready, her photographer takes really excellent pictures, and the property then goes on multiple listing. In our most recent sale (February, 2021), the house was shown 16 times in the first three days, and we got four very good offers. We accepted the one that looked best, and it closed in 15 days. Caprice was there to help with everything, and we were very pleased to have her.
