2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Having an agent go through the consultation and explain the process of selling, what the current market trend look like and how it affects you, how to prepare your home for the market, discover the actual value of your home and how your home will be sold with minimum to no hassles in the least amount of time and of course netting the most dollars to put back in your pocket. 4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My client Rosemary a renter for some time had decided that she wanted to own her own home again because her rent was increasing significant. She met with a preferred loan officer. Rosemary was approved for a mortgage and down payment assistance. We started off writing several offers that Rosemary lost out on. She was a little discouraged, along with this disappointment. There was a lot of stress due to her rental lease agreement expiring in 60 day. We did finally find the ideal home for Rosemary, her offer was accepted. We did close on her new home on time and Rosemary is no longer a renter, she is a proud homeowner.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Decide on a career change after 10 years of being self-employed in the beauty industry. Housing has always been fascinating to me. Purchased my first home and wished I would have had the process of buying a home explained to me. That's when I decided that I wanted to make the experience of buying and selling not so overwhelming.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I've gone through a series of courses on marketing this gives me the upper hand on building a creative marketing plan for my sellers. Currently working on my GRI and E-pro courses, these designations provided me on how to help my buyer clients find their dream home with ease due to the online tools I utilize.
